  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain products, such as custom-made, open-box items and clearance items, are not eligible for returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Refund Process

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method from us within 2 business days, and you are expected to receive the refund in about 5 to 7 business days.

  • If applicable, restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale (Clearance items & Open-box items).

  • Products that have been used or installed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.  For example, return reason like:

  • Order By Mistake

  • Found A Cheaper One

  • Change of Mind

  • No Longer Needed

  • Product Size Doesn't Fit (Please check product size before ordering)

  • Personal Preference
